- We're SMD Building - a family-run building company based in Newcastle, proudly servicing the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie areas. Since 2012, Stewart and the team have been bringing building ideas to life - whether it's a beautiful architectural home, a much-needed extension, a fresh renovation, or a set of modern townhouses. With over 20 years of experience in the building industry, Stewart brings a wealth of knowledge, craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail to every project. He's hands-on, approachable, and genuinely passionate about creating spaces people love to live in.
- Behind the scenes, Stewart’s wife Amy keeps things running smoothly, managing admin and socials. Every now and then, you might spot their two boys visiting job sites – future tradies in the making!
